A Rainbow to Boot.

God bless Will and Jessica! What I'm about to tell you is all fact; I made none of this story up. Jessica and Will planned a June 19th wedding only to discover about two months before that Will (who is in the service) was getting deployed again for his second tour in Iraq. She called and I just happened to have an opening on May 1st, the day she was moving everything to.  Phew!

The wedding was supposed to take place in Rand Park, a beautiful haven in Keokuk with all sorts of beautiful flowers, plants and with a gazebo smack in the middle of it all. Until... rain... rain... and more rain. Ugh. So, Jessica made the decision to pack up the party to a small church in Warsaw. Problem averted. Until... (yes another hitch) her hair dresser bumped her appointment back and made her late to her own wedding (gasp!) I know, I know... who is that hair dresser and how could she ever?!? I was saying the same thing. However... sit back in your chairs, Jessica ever so smoothly got dressed in the car on the way to the chapel and made an entrance in a fashionably-late kind of way. The church was probably one of the darkest I've taken pictures in and Will's Mom was a bit concerned, but have no fear! There was no way that I wasn't coming through for Jessica at this point! That poor girl had been through the ringer! So, needless to say, there are plenty of church pics.

The day ended awesome! After Will and Jessica were hitched, the rain let up and we grabbed a couple outdoor shots on the way to the reception and then... best of all... they had a rainbow! and probably the prettiest sunset I've seen in a while. All, in all, wow... awesome couple... God bless you Will while you're away from Jessica. You had a fantastic wedding! with plenty of good stories to tell later ;)
